EXPERIENCE

Shonda Hornbeck has over 20 years project management, contract administration and compliance experience that spans multiple industries, including Construction, Public Works, Transportation, Academia, and the Non-Profit sector.  A graduate of UC Berkeley School of Law, Shonda’s legal training includes extensive experience with the intersection of government contracting with Contract, Constitutional, and Employment Law. 

 

Shonda is passionate about reinforcing non-discrimination protections. She works closely with grassroots and community-based organizations to ensure a seat at the table for historically under-served groups, low-income families, and environmentally burdened communities when planned developments adversely impact their neighborhoods.
